What a difference a year makes. I attended last year’s bootcamp in Tampa and that event was great! Some how though, you and the presenters at the event this weekend have managed to raise the bar even higher. When it comes to no BS, content rich, get out there and do it information, this seminar blows away any I have ever attended. Thanks for the wake up call; the metaphorical slap upside the head; the shove down the path to implementing some of these techniques.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say THANK YOU, you don't need to read the following below all this, it's just emails back & forth that YOU actually replied to, me earlier in the week about coming from WI.  I have to say this and I wish I could come up with another way of putting it that didn't sound cliche', but your event BLEW ME AWAY.  I had NO idea the caliber of the people that would be there beyond those I was drawn in by, which is Andy Proper, Sam Bell, but WOW- it's a whole 'nother league from anyone around where I live  ;) and you SERIOUSLY opened my EYES in big ways.

The BEST attract the BEST, and I use that as my own kick in the rear because there is a REASON I became aware of you and your bootcamp and what you're doing- and though I felt at this moment in time I had little to offer in return (been in the game prretty short term) as compared to others there, that is going to change.  QUICKLY.  And further I 'm  going to be at your next event to talk about what I have implemented.  YOu are frickin' awesome Dan, I mean just awesome.  The value you provided here, and those you attract, and concentrated in this one place, it leaves me speechless.  There is NOTHING like this where I am, I mean the population of Southern Wisconsin where I live is nothing like it is there but the good thing is, it's that much more WIDE OPEN to be the big fish locally, that's just RE investing and that doesn't even get into what's possible with affiliate & JV stuff, product launches etc.  WOW.  That's all I can say.  Awesome, Awesome, AWESOME.
